Do not

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.

Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or discriminate against any other user.

Misrepresent yourself, your vehicle, your business, your credentials, or your insurance.

Solicit transactions off-Platform to avoid Sheen fees or commissions (Customers and Pros).

Subcontract a job without authorization or misrepresent who performed the work (Pros).

Post or share another user's personal information without their consent.

Use the Platform to send spam, phishing messages, malware, or other unsolicited communications.

Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform or its security.

Use the Platform to evade taxes or sanctions.

Post knowingly false reviews or manipulate ratings.

Pros — additional rules

Comply with all licensing, insurance, and tax obligations of your business.

Treat Customers with respect; do not refuse service based on protected characteristics (Unruh Act).

Follow safe-handling practices for chemicals; do not discharge chemical waste into storm drains.

Do not retain Customer personal information off-Platform beyond what is required for your records.

Customers — additional rules

Provide accurate information at booking, including vehicle and access details.

Ensure the service site is safe and lawfully accessible.

Do not record Pros without consent where consent is required by law.

Reporting violations

Report violations to trust@sheen.co. Reports may be made anonymously. Sheen reviews each report and takes action proportionate to the violation. Repeat or serious violations result in deactivation.
