01Do you bring water and power?Yes. Every Sheen pro carries a self-contained rig — water tank, power, eco-friendly soaps. No hose hookup needed. If your driveway has water/power, the pro uses it; if not, they bring it.
02When do I pay?We hold your card on file but only charge when you Approve the wash. Your pro sends 4 finished-work photos so you can review before paying. If something's wrong, you can file an objection with a photo or video and the funds stay on hold while we review.
03What if it rains?Reschedule free up to one hour before. We monitor radar and reach out first if it looks bad.
04Are my products safe?Ceramic-safe wax, pH-balanced shampoo, microfiber per panel. We won't touch your paint with anything we wouldn't use on our own.
05Can I request a specific pro?Yes. Every washer has a personal @handle. Type it at booking and the wash is sent ONLY to them for 10 minutes — locked, no other pro can take it. If they pass, it falls to the open queue so you're still covered.
06What if something gets damaged?Every pro carries $1,000,000 in commercial liability insurance. File from the app within 24 hours of completion and we help you submit the claim.
07Do tips go to the pro?100%, no platform cut. Default prompts at 18 / 22 / 25%, custom amounts allowed.
